Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted only for unworn, unused units returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at nalanizw@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to assist.
